The Grateful Patient Giving program provides grateful patients, family members and visitors an opportunity to make a gift in honor of a special health care provider – the individual(s) who made your visit or stay at Memorial exceptional. At the same time your gift will be making a positive difference for other patients by supporting programs and services to improve the health of our community.
 

How will the Staff be recognized?

The staff member or physician who you recognize will receive a special Care Champion lapel pin to wear proudly and a certificate that will be presented to them in front of their peers.
 

How do I submit my recognition?

To honor your Care Champion, simply click on the link below, tell us how your caregiver made a positive difference and make a tax deducible donation in his/her honor. Gifts of all sizes add up to make a big difference toward better health care for you, your family, friends and our community.
